Amit Vashist
(Mentor and Founder)
Amit Vashist, a seasoned culinary expert with 23 years of experience in the food industry, leads this team of talented and creative individuals. His extensive background in the hospitality industry, coupled with his learning experience from the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Kitchen Management batch of 2005-07, instills in him a deep commitment and enthusiasm for culinary excellence.
Chef Amit’s remarkable journey began when he was one of the youngest head chefs at Oberoi Hotels, independently leading a kitchen at the tender age of 27. His fifteen years of experience
in premium five-star hotels and seven years in quick-service restaurants (QSR) have honed his skills and knowledge, allowing him to work with almost every food brand in India and many
QSR outlets worldwide.
Beyond his culinary expertise, Chef Amit has also held the position of corporate chef at India’s largest seasoning company, VKL. Additionally, he has extensive experience in dark kitchens and the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, further enriching his knowledge and versatility.
Ravi Goswami
(Co-Founder)
Ravi, with a background in finance, always harbored a passion for photography. He sought to turn his passion into a business using his business acumen. Ravi and Amit met and identified a gap in the market: there was no kitchen studio in Gurgaon that provided all the necessary facilities for social media under one roof. They found the perfect business partners in each other. Amit handles sales and operations, while Ravi manages the camera, administration, and finances.
Ravi gained practical experience in finance management by joining an NGO that also housed a small business. This allowed him to understand the operations of a business. Before establishing his own studio in Gurgaon, he experimented with photography using the products the NGO produced (artefacts and spices) in his spare time.
Ravi’s deep understanding of finance has been instrumental in Forever Frame’s financial management. The studio has been productive with a small team that manages various functions interchangeably. They have successfully acquired their assets, managed employee salaries, and ensured that customers and teams’ interests are valued simultaneously.
Aruna Anuj
(Director)
Aruna Anuj, a postgraduate in Public Administration, ventured into entrepreneurship with 18 months of experience as an assistant to an IAS officer in the Ministry of Environment and Forests. Her trust in Amit and Ravi’s vision led her to finance Forever Frame. Her experience in the environmental sector provided valuable connections and financial acumen.
Aruna’s ten-year tenure in the Aviation Industry with Jet Airways further enriched Forever Frame’s reach, extending beyond the hotel and restaurant sectors.
Prior to Forever Frame, she managed a recruitment startup called “Skillz Konnect,” which honed her entrepreneurial skills and instilled in her the ability to run a business effectively and overcome daily challenges.
